Starting 29th August 2025, all shipments to the United States will be subjected to new tariffs.

In order to ensure continuity and a seamless transition to the new regulations, The Tight Spot has adjusted its operations for customers in the United States aimed at keeping costs down and ensuring on-time delivery consistent with our present high standards.

Here's how we'll do this:

  1. The Tight Spot will PRE-PAY all the required Duty so that our customers are not faced with additional importation charges or be subject to any potential delays that this may cause.
  2. The Tight Spot have, on behalf of our customers, negotiated reduced rates for a DHL 3/4 day service, we have also reduced the costs of our standard tracking option to the USA, ensuring competitive rates for all deliveries to the United States.
  3. The Tight Spot will not be passing on the full costs of the new tariffs to our customers. However, the above measures will involve some small adjustments to our product prices over the coming weeks which are guaranteed to remain extremely competitive.
