Lost parcelsRoyal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for 30 days for UK deliveries and 60 days for International deliveries. Although it is highly unlikely that deliveries will ever take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. Notification of an unreceived order should be received within 90 days. After this period we are unable to refund any orders.

We are unable to change or amend your shipping address following the dispatch of an order, therefore, The Tight Spot Limited is not liable for any loss incurred due to incorrect address details. Please check your full delivery address in the checkout area is correct before placing your order.

Invoice details

The Tight Spot invoices in GBP and the customer is required to pay the equivalent in local currency. The overseas currencies quoted on The Tight Spot website are indicative only and represent the approximate cost in local currency. The actual cost in local currency will be dependent upon the prevailing exchange rates at the time of the transaction.

Returns

TheTightSpot.com offers free returns and shall exchange the goods or refund you the cost, if you return your product(s) to us UNOPENED and re-salable, within their original condition. Our returns period is 30 days from purchase date. For any other concerns regarding returns, please contact support@thetightspot.co.uk. We provide size charts for all of our products to help you determine your size before adding to your basket. To avoid disappointment and misguidance on product sizing, we recommend that you thoroughly analyse our size guides accurately, and if in doubt of your measurements, measure your self again before purchase and ensure that your size accurately reflects the guidelines set out by our brands.

Up until we receive the returned good(s) they are your responsibility. 

Returning an Item

To return your good(s) to TheTightSpot.com please package the goods in the order that they were received, clearly stating the reason why the product is unsatisfactory. Please refer to the email that was sent to you during your original purchase, this email will contain your ‘Order Reference’ number, your billing address and billing name which we will require. Please also state whether you would like a ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’, providing the clear reason why for either.

When you are returning your items please contact us for a FREE return label.

Once we have received your returned item(s) in their original state, and once the good(s) have been analsyed and declared fit for return, we will process your return and issue a refund within 1 day for the cost of the item(s) or send another item(s) as applicable. If you have requested an exchange, rather than a full refund, e.g. the same product in a different size, please appreciate that your new size may be currently out of stock at that moment in time, we shall advise you of this.

Faulty / Incorrect Item
In the very unlikely event that you have received a faulty item or received an incorrect item we will obviously do our upmost to rectify this mistake for you as quickly as possible and we do apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please Contact Us immediately with your order reference number and product name, colour and size and let us know what the actual damage or fault is with the item so we can investigate further, and correct the error. If the damage is through no fault of your own we will ask you to return your item to our freepost address (available and given upon a valid request), we will then arrange for a refund or duplicate to be sent back out to you as soon as we possibly can, and again, with the deepest regret we are extremely sorry for your inconvenience.
