Our exclusive VIP Rewards loyalty program is easy to use and allows you to start saving from your first purchase. Our scheme gives you the opportunity to accumulate points through various actions which can then be used as discount on your future purchases.

Our points scheme kicks in when you create an account with us, so make sure you sign up if you haven't already. Each reward point is worth 10p so you can earn plenty via our 'how to earn' section below or, if you make a purchase you will receive 1 VIP reward for every £2 spent. So, if you spend £40 with us, you will instantly earn 20 VIP rewards!

Already got an account with us? Then you don't need to do a thing! Simply navigate to 'My Account' and you can see how many points you've accumulated in the 'VIP Rewards' section on the left hand side.

If you are new to The Tight Spot or simply do not have an account yet, then simply 'Create an Account' via the 'My Account' at the top of the page. You will be asked for your email and a password, and once you have filled these in you will automatically be enrolled into The Tight Spot VIP Rewards program.

Firstly, to check how many VIP Rewards you have you can simply sign in to your account and click ‘VIP Rewards’ on the left hand side of your account overview. You will then be able to view how many reward points you currently have to spend.

Store up Cash Rewards to spend on one special purchase or simply use your Cash Rewards as you go on your regular orders.

You can also see how many Cash Rewards you have to spend when in the cart. Under “Use Cash Rewards” you can either type in the number of Cash Rewards you wish to apply to your order and click “Apply Points”. Alternatively, If you want to spend all available Cash Rewards, tick “use maximum cash rewards” and the value will be taken off your order total in the order review lower down the page.

Terms & Conditions

• To participate, you must have (or create) an account with The Tight Spot.
• If you are already hold an account with The Tight Spot, you will be automatically enrolled in the Programme.
• Points last 12 months from date of collection. (Unless related to a particular, time limited promotion which will be clearly advertised).
• The perks may vary, and we reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or otherwise change perks at any time.
• When points expire, they will be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
• Unfortunately, you are unable to use a voucher code or discount code alongside VIP Rewards, however you will still earn VIP Rewards on orders where a voucher code is used provided you are logged into your account.
• Points will be awarded only for purchases which are completed and accepted by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse, reclaim, or adjust Reward Points if we determine that fraud or error has occurred.
• The VIP Rewards program, including how many points are awarded, how they are redeemed, and what perks are offered, may be updated, amended or cancelled at any time.
