Open crotch tights leave you feeling much cooler and fresher, so they’re ideal for hot days or if you’re doing lots of walking. Crotchless tights are also less restrictive, making them much easier to walk, dance and generally move around in.
You don’t *need* to wear underwear with crotchless tights, but if you’re wearing open gusset tights out and about, you can wear your preferred style of underwear with them, as you would with any other tights. The beauty of wearing tights without a crotch means you’ll still be cooler than if you were wearing tights over your underwear - you’ll have more room to breathe down there, keeping you comfortable and hygienic too.

Put on crotchless tights as you would any other pair of tights - just make sure you’re putting your legs in the right holes, and not through the open gusset! Remove jewellery to prevent any snags, then roll each leg of the tights from toe to waistband. Place your foot into the rolled leg, and unroll the tights up your leg. Repeat on the other side, then make sure the open crotch is in the right place, with the top of the tights sitting comfortably on your waist.
You can wash crotchless tights in the same way you’d wash any other types of tights. We recommend that tights are washed on a cold cycle (or hand washed in cold water) after every few wears.
