- The gift card must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.
- To redeem the gift card, enter the code provided either via the printable voucher or the digital voucher.
- The full value of the gift card must be used.
- If you provide the incorrect email address upon purchase of the gift card, please tell us immediately and we may be able to deactivate the discount code and issue a new one. This is only if the discount has not already redeemed. We do not accept any responsibility for gift cards redeemed through incorrect email addresses as a result of an incorrect email address being provided to us.
