TheTightSpot.com will happily exchange the goods or refund you the cost, if you return your product(s) to us UNOPENED and re-salable, within their original condition within 30 days of receipt, free of charge except for postage stamp costs.
We provide size charts for all of our products to help you determine your size before adding to your basket. To avoid disappointment and misguidance on product sizing, we recommend that you thoroughly analyse our size guides accurately, and if in doubt of your measurements, measure your self again before purchase and ensure that your size accurately reflects the guidelines set out by our brands.
Up until we receive the returned good(s) they are your responsibility.
Returning an Item
To return your good(s) to TheTightSpot.com please package the goods in the order that they were received, clearly stating the reason why the product is unsatisfactory. Please refer to the email that was sent to you during your original purchase, this email will contain your ‘Order Reference’ number, your billing address and billing name which we will require. Please also state whether you would like a ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’, providing the clear reason why for either.
When you are returning your items please take time to ensure that your return has the correct value postage stamp for the weight of the goods.
Once we have received your returned item(s) in their original state, and once the good(s) have been analyzed and we have decided that we are happy with their condition, we will process your return and issue a refund within 1 day for the cost of the item(s) or send another item(s) as applicable. If you have requested an exchange, rather than a full refund, e.g. the same product in a different size, please appreciate that your new size may be currently out of stock at that moment in time, we shall advise you of this.

Faulty / Incorrect Item
In the very unlikely event that you have received a faulty item or received an incorrect item we will obviously do our upmost to rectify this mistake for you as quickly as possible and we do apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please Contact Us immediately with your order reference number and product name, colour and size and let us know what the actual damage or fault is with the item so we can investigate further, and correct the error. If the damage is through no fault of your own we will ask you to return your item to our freepost address (available and given upon a valid request), we will then arrange for a refund or duplicate to be sent back out to you as soon as we possibly can, and again, with the deepest regret we are extremely sorry for your inconvenience.
